We are excited to offer NASB participants a variety of timely and relevant session and presentation topics. For NASB 2022, we are offering different attendee options to meet the needs of different participants, including both in-person and fully-digital attendance.

COVID Policy
Carlisle & Co is committed to providing a safe and healthy conference for our clients! The following policies will be in place at the NASB 2022 Conference to minimize the risk of COVID-19.
Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test
To attend, all participants must do one of the following:

- Show proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular test collected within 72 hours of the event start (12pm on Friday, May 13 or later)
- Accepted types of molecular tests include, but are not limited to:
- PCR - Polymerase chain reaction
- Nucleic acid test (NAT) or Nucleic acid amplification test (NAATs)
- Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP)
- Rapid antigen tests (such as home tests) are not accepted
- We will be utilizing CLEAR to collect this information and will provide additional details to all registered attendees in the weeks leading up to the conference.

Venue and Conference Area
Carlisle & Co will work closely with the hotel to design layouts that will maximize social distancing based on the final headcount.
In addition, the hotel will follow Marriott's Commitment to Clean.
Protecting Fellow Participants
Carlisle & Co asks that you do not attend the conference if any of the following are true:
- If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, etc.
- If you have been exposed to someone that has tested positive in the last 14 days
- If you have tested positive in the past 14 days

In-Person
Regular, in-person conference attendance, including access to all general presentations and breakout sessions, as well as networking events and meals.
Digital Full
Complete, digital access (through Zoom) to all conference content, including access to all general presentations as well as all breakout sessions. Please note this is for general attendance only and not to participate as an OEM Representative.
Digital Light
Limited, digital access (through Zoom) to conference content, including access to all general presentations and a single breakout session. Please note this is for general attendance only and not to participate as an OEM Representative.

Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement
As always, all NASB materials and participation are covered by our Non-Disclosure and Use Agreement for Proprietary Information (NDA).
Each participating organization has a signed agreement with Carlisle & Co at the company level. Additionally, all individual participants must sign the Individual Acknowledgement prior to attending the conference.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All cancellations for both conference attendance (in-person or digital) and sleeping rooms must be received no later than April 22nd. After this date, any cancellations or no shows will incur a fee equal to the attendee fee and room rate.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization, and adjustments to session selections can be made up until May 9, 2022.
