Anirudh is a Senior Associate at Carlisle with a wide range of experience supporting client engagements in both the Strategy and Operations Excellence portfolios. On the OpX side of the practice, Anirudh has developed deep expertise in operations optimization, most recently identifying opportunities to reduce vehicle dwell at US ports. Anirudh also has background in designing product rollout strategies for the European market, developing strategies for employee retention , and analyzing pricing data to inform pricing strategy. Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle, Anirudh held intern positions at BCG in their private equity and principal investors practice and LEK Management Consulting.

Anirudh holds a B.S. in Finance and New Venture Mgmt. along with a minor in Data Science from Northeastern University.
