Electric vehicles are an increasing portion of the UIO, and with fewer parts, retaining EV customers is vital to maintaining parts and service revenue. However, with fewer parts comes fewer opportunities for service. This session will highlight what OEMs are doing to retain EV customers, while also discussing additional strategies for integrating the dealership into the EV ownership experience, including:
