At our parts conference, we sometimes struggle to cover topics with multiple, highly varied solutions because no one feels like they have a “big idea” to share. We think service capacity management is one such topic: there are so many ways to improve service capacity – why limit ourselves to just four or five? This session will be a “lightning round” style where brands share their best capacity improvement ideas. We suspect we’ll get some strategic (how to properly calculate a business case for service capacity in a changing market, how to use alternative service locations to add capacity) and some tactical (two-level car storage racks, faster lifts, tire scanners). The goal is to share as many of these ideas in 90 minutes as we can.
