Description

Every year, we do a Consumer Sentiment Survey (CSS) and include snippets of the results in various sessions to amplify a point or introduce a new topic. This year, we’re focusing an entire session on the CSS, focusing on what our customers look for from their service providers. In our desire to be more customer-centric, it’s critical we better understand our customers. What motivates them? What communications and offers do they care about the most? How can we best understand where we need to be in the future, versus just reacting to today’s preferences? This session will be a presentation and discussion style format where Carlisle presents sections of the survey and then the group discusses.
