Description

All attendees (not just women) are welcome to participate in this session! In fact, we encourage all attendees to join this session and participate in the discussion.

Though almost half of today’s workforce is female, the percentage of women in leadership roles is far lower, and there are still many industries where women are significantly under-represented. Our industry is one of them, with some sources reporting that the number of women executives in the top 20 motor vehicle and parts companies in the Fortune Global 500 is only 8%.

After launching as the “Women of NAPB” in 2019, we are excited to expand this group beyond the parts side of the business – now encompassing all Women in Aftersales. This is the first year we will be offering an in-person session for our NASB Conference, which will complement our other events at NAPB and digital sessions throughout the year.

For our inaugural NASB session, we will host a panel discussion, followed by Q&A and concluding with an opportunity to network during a short cocktail reception. Our panel will include industry veterans – female leaders from participating OEMs, who will share their experiences, including challenges faced and lessons learned. You will gain insight into how these women have progressed through their careers, and have the opportunity to ask your key questions for these women in aftersales.
