Loyalty programs have become a compelling, common, and almost expected offering for customers in many different industries and markets. Target, Starbucks, Kroger, CVS, hairdressers - you name it, nearly all retailers and service providers today offer customers a gamification of loyalty. This session will focus on how OEMs have created and implemented customer loyalty programs. In particular, we'll address utilization of such programs and tangible outcomes and results. We will also share consumer and outside industry research to foster discussion around where customer loyalty programs are headed in the future, and what OEMs should be doing to take advantage of the opportunities
