At past NASB conferences, we have established how EV customers are demographically different from traditional ICE customers. While we have traditionally used these differences to explain increased retention for EV customers, this session will take a deep dive into:

  • EV customers’ expectations of a service department
  • How OEMs are changing the service department EV customer experience
  • Best practices for engaging EV customers
