Early owners’ portals generally saw low take rates and customers saw little value in signing up.  Since then, most OEMs have transitioned to owners’ applications packed with additional value-add features such as find-my-car or remote star.  However, few OEMs have effectively deployed aftersales features such as service scheduling, service marketing, etc. directly into these apps.  This session will focus on what each OEM is doing, what their strategic vision is, and who owns this within the organization.  Key areas of focus will be on features, user engagement and frequency, and customer value.
