Attending the Conference
Who should attend NASB?
Individuals from various departments within service parts organizations attend the NASB conference for a variety of reasons. When determining who from the organization should attend, companies should consider how the attendees will benefit from the information and experience gained at the conference.
Marketing and CRM professionals can understand what best practices leading companies use to assess their performance, market to their vehicle owners, and deliver outstanding results. |
Staff responsible for technical training, technical information diagnostics systems, and FRFT initiatives will learn what other companies are doing to improve their dealers’ ability to service and repair vehicles. |
Senior service operations management should use insights gained at the conference as a springboard for business planning and initiative development. They also gain many opportunities to network with industry colleagues.
Companies may also want to use the NASB Conference as a training venue for high potential employees.

Conference Participants are a very important part of the conference!
The conference is all about the open conversation among peers, whether it is a general attendee in the audience who ask questions to the OEM Rep who complete pre-work in advance and speak on behalf of their company during the session.
General Attendees
As a general attendee, you will be able to listen as OEM Representatives from member organizations discuss and share best practices on each of the breakout session topics. You should come prepared with your key questions and ready to take notes!
OEM Representatives
You may have been asked by your Steering Committee Member to be an OEM Representative for one or more sessions at the conference. This means you will be representing your organization during a breakout session discussion. You should feel comfortable speaking to that topic, and come prepared to share and learn from others.
